- To maintain the bread mould, simply shake out the surplus flour. It is advisable to clean the bread basket manually from time to time with warm water and then allow it to air dry. Store in a cool, dry location.
- Usage: Flour the bread pan and position the kneaded dough inside to allow it to rise. Once the dough has sufficiently risen, remove the bread from the mould and place it on a baking tray for the oven.
